Ingredients
- ½ kg minced meat
- Bengal Gram Dhal
- 1 Big Onion
- Small Piece of Ginger
- 4 Flakes Garlic
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Stick Cinnamon
- Pepper
- Chilli Powder
- Salt
- Green Chillies
- Mint Leaves
- Coriander Leaves
- Egg
- Oil
Steps
1. Take a pan and add all the following ingredients.- Minced meat
- 6 tablespoons of Bengal gram dhal
- Chopped onion
- Chopped ginger
- 4 Flakes Garlic
- 3 Cloves
- 2 Cardamom
- 1 Stick Cinnamon
- ½ tablespoons of pepper
- ½ tablespoons of chili powder
- Salt for taste
2. Pour 1 cup water and cook all the ingredients till meat is fully cooked and soft.
3. Now, cool the mixture and then grind to a creamy paste.
4. After grinding, make tiny cutlets from the mix.
5. Take one egg and beat well.
6. Dip the cutlet balls in the egg.
7. Take a saucepan or Tawa, pour oil, and let it heat.
8. Shallow fry all the cutlet balls.
You can even serve hot Kheema Kababs alone with the rice.
