  • ½ kg Tomatoes
  • 2 Medium Sized Onions
  • 2 Stalks Celery
  • 2 Carrots
  • 1 Potato
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Butter

Steps

1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces.

2. Take a pan, add two tablespoons of butter and let it melt.

3. Add all the chopped vegetables. Do not add tomatoes now.

4. Cook vegetables for two minutes. Stir continuously.

5. Add a litre of water and cook till all the vegetables are half cooked.

6. Add tomatoes now and cook for 2 minutes.

7. Cool the mixture now and blend in the mixer.

8. Take a pan and add 1 cup of milk and blended mixture.

9. Add salt and pepper for taste and continuously stir till you get a soup thickness.
