Steps
- Add two tablespoons of coconut oil.
- Then, add chopped tomatoes, onions, garlic, and green chilies.
- Stir till onions turn into a golden color.
- Now, add two tablespoons of red chili powder and half tablespoon of turmeric powder and salt for taste.
- Cook for 2 minutes.
- Now, add chopped small paneer cubes and cook for 2 minutes.
Paneer Mix is ready in just 5 minutes.
